LYOMAC Benchtop Freeze Dryer is compact multifunctional laboratory lyophilization equipment developed for R&D formulation screening and small-batch sample preparation. This desktop freeze dryer supports multiple configuration modes, equipped with visible transparent glass chamber, in-situ shelf drying system, manual top stoppering mechanism, and compatible with vials, manifold flasks and bulk tray samples.

The unit adopts high-strength transparent glass cover, allowing researchers to observe the entire sublimation process of samples in real time without breaking vacuum. The glass structure maintains excellent sealing performance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, bringing intuitive monitoring during process exploration.

The built-in in-situ shelf system realizes integrated freezing and drying on the same layer. Samples do not need to be transferred between separate refrigerators and drying chambers, effectively avoiding sample thawing and loss of biological activity caused by handling.

This benchtop series supports optional manual top press stoppering. After freeze-drying is completed, operators can finish vacuum sealing of vials directly inside the chamber. In-situ vacuum stoppering prevents moisture reabsorption and oxidation, ideal for long-term storage of sensitive samples in standard 5ml,10ml,30ml vials.

Flexible loading methods satisfy diverse laboratory demands. Users can switch freely among bulk tray materials, standard glass vials and multiple round-bottom flasks connected via manifold ports to meet different experimental schemes.

Equipped with high-efficiency refrigeration and stable vacuum system, the machine supports precise low-temperature sublimation drying. Intelligent PLC automatically controls shelf temperature, vacuum degree and operating records. Compact desktop layout saves laboratory space and simplifies operation and daily maintenance.
