FAT&SAT

Lyomac will offe FAT and SAT service on all new projects on both lyomac and buyer's site. a complete performance and operation will be excuted together with trail production,  IQ/OQ with validations also will provide in case with GMP/FDA compliance requried.

Training 

Lyomac offer all  training course for user, it covers operation, maintenance, Emergency management, Risk assesment .  Lyo Engineer certificate will be offered by Lyomac  after training course.

Spare parts supply

Lyomac has not only provide service on time, also sufficient spares always ready for all users for world wide users. moreover, Lyomac also provide more spare stock in 15 countries.  In case user need components locally at emergency, Lyomac always can connect loacal vendors to give fast and timely support. 

AMC service

After warranty period, you always can offer our support by make AMC agreement(Annual Maintenance Contract) . In this agreement, Lyomac will provide over-whole service.  

System retrofit

When freeze dryer running for long term, and part of system might out of date, or would not meet regulations any more. Lyomac will support for any system and any parts upgrade and retrofit .Lyomac can provide service to any brand of freeze dryers .

1. Control system upgrade/retrofit to cGAMP and GAMP5 regulation.

2. Performance optimize by service on refrigeration and vacuum system.

3. Modify shelf mechanism

4. Add Pizza door for auto loading systems.
